Fawwaz Fadhil Rasyad

Fullstack DeveloperCyber Security Enthusiast

About

Full-stack engineer with 3+ years of experience designing, building, and shipping production web applications end to end, from user interface and API design to database architecture. Treats security as part of the engineering process, not an afterthought: considers how every feature could be abused before it ships, and sharpens that instinct through open source project and bug bounty hunting. Focused on delivering software that is reliable, maintainable, and secure by design.

Where I've been

Feb 2026 – Oct 2026 · Remote

IT Project Manager at Cashthrow Indonesia

I led a 5-person team building a gaming marketplace — top-ups, account trading, and escrow (rekber) — all the way from requirements to launch. I stayed hands-on: writing code and reviewing pull requests between sprints, and designing the payment and escrow flow around Midtrans, which carried 300+ transactions.

  • Ran sprint planning and task prioritization for the whole team, not just my own work.
  • Designed the transaction flow around the Midtrans gateway — 300+ transactions through it during the platform’s run.

Jan 2025 – Apr 2025

Network Engineer Intern at Lintas Network Solusi

I installed and maintained the network side of client and office sites: routers, switches, access points, plus the cabling and UTP termination behind them. I configured the MikroTik devices that kept everything running — IP addressing, DHCP, VLANs, bandwidth management — and documented the whole thing for the team.

  • Troubleshot connectivity issues and monitored traffic so bottlenecks and outages got caught early, not after clients complained.

Feb 2023 – Dec 2025 · Remote

Freelance Software Developer at Fastwork.co & Independent Clients

I delivered 20+ web applications for individuals and small businesses, owning the full cycle: requirements, design, development, deployment, handover. The stack varied per project — React/Next.js up front, Node.js/Go and PostgreSQL behind it — picked on client needs and budget.

  • I found and managed clients myself: scoping, estimates, timelines, day-to-day communication.
  • Every project shipped with the security basics in place — authentication, input validation, hardened deployment.
